Double room to rent in a 4 bedroom recently re-fur

Unfurnished double room to rent in an otherwise fully-furnished house, sharing with 3 other housemates aged 23-28. The house has a recently refurbished bathroom and living room with separate kitchen/diner. The house is in a great location in Hanover, within walking distance to Brighton train station, Churchill Square and the pier. The room is available from mid-December, you will be taking over the tenancy (until August 2015)with the other 3 housemates as I am moving in with my boyfriend. The house has a small patio garden and is not inclusive of bills. There is an admin fee payable to Barry Alderton and a deposit of one and a half months rent.
