We are a friendly couple who are ideally looking for another couple to share our beautiful home with. We would like to rent both rooms together for £750 per month. One of the rooms could be used as a bedroom and the other as a living space. The rooms have their own bathroom and a third additional storage room.

The house has - double glazing, underfloor heating, big bright windows, beautiful views, a lawned garden, patio, garden shed, a big open plan living/dining room and kitchen, separate downstairs toilet, high ceilings, free parking.

Agency fees, deposit and references or guarantors will need to be provided.
