Friendly, Central Brighton house share

Hi

I'm looking for someone to replace my previous awesome flatmate to share a lovely 2. 5 bedroom house in central Brighton.

Your room is of a reasonable size (3. 36m x 2. 4m) with ample space to fit a double/king bed. You will also have access to a massive wardrobe in the room (2m x 2m) adjacent to yours where you can put all your stuff.

Bills work out roughly £150/Month so please make sure this is acceptable before responding!

Other benefits:

- 2 Bathrooms, one of which, you will have sole use of the shower.

- Brand new Cross trainer/exercise bike for those who like fitness.

- Internet is very quick: BT Infinity (70 meg - The best available package).

- Apple TV

- PS3 if you're into that sort of thing.

- Decent sized kitchen complete with all the usual stuff such as oven, hob, microwave, fridge (and seperate beer fridge!), freezer and the landlord has just installed a brand spanking new washer-dryer, perfect for the coming cold months.

- Brand new Tassimo coffee machine.

- Panini machine.

Another one of the many great things about this property is that pets are welcome (it took us a very long time to find somewhere so central that allowed pets).

The house has an outside patio area which is great for BBQ-ing in the summer time and also means that there is somewhere safe to leave a bike incase you should have one.

The house is technically no smoking so generally we smoke in the garden although from time to time exceptions are made.

Deposit is £900.

Petrol heads: Parking is Zone Z and at the time of writing there is about a 5 month wait. You can apply for upto 25 visitor permits whilst you wait.

About me:

My name is Chris, I'm 29 years old and I have been living in Brighton for 3 years now.

I work as an IT contractor producing quality apps for mobile phones.

Aside from being a bit of a geek, I enjoy partaking in extreme sports such as skate boarding, mountain biking and pub crawling.

I love all animals but I'm not a veggie.

I generally work 9 till 5 during the week so I couldn't live in a student house but at the same time I'm not afraid of a sneaky drink on a school night.

I enjoy going to festivals, traveling, spending time with my friends and am currently learning to mix.

About you:

Ideally you will:

- Be sociable.
- Know how to have a good time.
- Love Brighton Beach (weather permitting)
- Don't mind music being played at a reasonable level.

What I'm NOT looking for in a flatmate:

- People that consider a sociable house share to be the occasional "hello" said whilst passing each other in the hallway.
- Quiet people that like to keep themselves to themselves all the time.
