Small but cosy single room with a cabin style bed, good design which maximises storage space and has shelves with inbuilt lighting at both ends of the bed. Would suit you if you are looking for a central location which is well connected and situated for all public transport and the A23.

The flat is a quiet and homely period property with patio garden, gas CH, bath/shower, washer/dryer, wooden floors and an open fire. Situated close to the Open House pub, Preston Park/ Circus, London Rd Shops, the Open Market and the Duke of Yorks cinema. Just a short walk to the city centre and only 3 min walk to London Rd Station which is convenient for London/ Brighton/ Lewes/ Falmer/ Eastbourne and other mainline train connections. 2 min on the train into Brighton. There is also space to store a bike.

I'm an art teacher, 40's, non smoker. I have a lovely friendly cat called Rufus. I'm out most of the day during term time, so you would have privacy and use of the lounge.
