Small double in large house, good location

Hi there,

We are four girls. All working full time in bar management, teaching, telecommunications, and gallery admin.

We have a lovely room that comes fully furnished with bed, and desk, and chair. It is quite small room but very comfortable with massive bay windows.

We've got a huge cosy living room and also a really big garden which is great in the summer for bbqs. Kitchen with all the amenities and really close to Lewes Road Sainsburys. Bills are £67 per month.

We all like to spend time together cooking and in the garden (when it's not freezing).

We are with an agency which means there are some fees and deposit involved.

We're looking for someone who works full time because of council tax and other than that get in touch and we'd love to meet you and show you around.
