Double room to rent - right next to the station!

I'm renting out my top room which has it's own set of stairs leading to the bedroom and a balcony which leads onto the roof. Pictures of the room don't do the space justice so I recommend you come and view :)

The place is a two bed flat right next to the station and a 5 minute walk into town. Looking for someone who is clean, friendly open to having a drink at the weekends! Most importantly looking for someone to flat share not just live in your room, it's a new place so walls still need filling up with pictures and odd plant hear and there so please make yourself feel at home!

The lounge has a tv which is soon going as I'm getting a 42inch and I have sky sports & sky movies that I've not included in the price.

£0 deposit and £650 per month including bills.
