A pretty 3 bedroom period terraced house located on this desirable street in the popular North Laine conservation area. Brighton mainline railway station, the seafront and city centre are all only a short walk away.

There is one large double room available with two built in wardrobes and is £135 per week. The room becomes available on 5 January the bills are not included. (You could ask the tenants about how much the bills come to during a viewing).

Ideally we are looking for a young individual in a professional job. Minimum stay is 6 months.

If you are a student, it is likely that we would be asking for 6 months rent ahead.
The deposit is one month.
