We are looking for a friendly and sociable couple or individual in there 20's to share this quirky 3 bedroom share. You will be sharing with 3 laid back professionals ages 21-24.

Double Room is furnished with double bed, wardrobe and bedside table.
The flat is fully furnished, including a spacious living room, very large bathroom with a bath tub, kitchen washing machine and small back terrace.
Rent doesn't include bills
Short term let- 3 and a half months. Starting 13th of March
Because of agency contract Rent is paid 3months in advance
£1, 680 to be paid up front. This includes the 3 months, £240 of bond which you will get back at the end of tenancy.
