I am looking for somebody to rent my spare bedroom, it's a lovley double room, I have all the mod cons, wifi, Sky, coffee Mac, smothie maker blah blah blah, I am a gay male professional 31, I go to the gym a lot, and work a lot, I am looking for a professional person, to share my apartment, I'm a down to earth guy who loves to cook and watching crap on TV... Looking for somebody who wants to feel confortable renting my spare room out... And I don't want u to hide in your room!!! i am a resectable person and my apartment is lovley and clean. Looking for a respectful person too.
£550pcm all inclusive, exc food ( but I do like to cook, so I always make extra) lol £300 deposit, receipts will be given. Any how would love to hear from you. The apartment is near Preston park.
