Room Available In Lovely Flat

Hi, I'm looking for an easy going person to share the flat with me.
It's part of a crescent of gorgeous regency townhouses with a park outside, has a sea view from the living room and is only a few minutes walk from Brighton station and the city centre.
The flat has central heating, broadband and a washing machine, and the room itself is a small double with a fitted wardrobe. It's unfurnished but the rest of the flat is fully furnished (I moved from a house in London with a lot of furniture!)
I'm looking for someone who is tidy but not ocd, sociable but respectful of other people, reliable when it comes to paying bills, preferably into geeky pursuits and a lover of horror movies! Well trained house pets are also welcome.
I'm a friendly, easy going tattooist. I have a boyfriend who stays over a couple of nights a week, but isn't here all the time. I'm happy for whoever moves in to have a similar arrangement with their partner :-)
