3 gay friendly females looking for a 4th to share a warm friendly home. Would suit aged 30+

The house is on a lovely road with permit parking and a couple of great pubs close by. It's located within walking distance to both London Road and Preston Park stations and a short walk to the bus stop.

The house has wifi, central heating, a washing machine and tumble drier, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms and a garden. It also benefits from an open fire which is great in the winter.

We are looking for a person who is in full time employment and who is happy to help out around the house. We do have a cleaner once a week but we still try to keep it that way for the other 6 days!

We enjoy a few beers but we all work full time so try to keep the best times for the weekends.

The rent is £450 a month and bills are in addition to the rent and are around £80 - £90 per month (including the cleaner).
