Lovely new redevelopment :)

There's a spare double room in my house where you will be sharing with myself & partner. We are a quiet & relaxed couple who also like the occasional movie, drink, gig, etc.

The house is a lovely new re-development, super high ceilings, oak laminate flooring, modern high gloss kitchen and similar bathroom with heated towel rail etc. Everything was all brand new 2 years ago & there's a nice sized patio garden which we have been working on this since last summer.

We have a washing machine and fast, unlimited fibre optic broadband and there is currently free parking in the area but it’s quite competitive.

The house is in a great location being 2 mins from the Level / London Road & 15 mins walk from the centre of town & Brighton train station.

Your room is big (160ish sq ft) with its own private street entrance, it has a kingsize bed, desk & wardrobe etc and a large bathroom next to it. The personal effects in the picture belong to our lodger who is now leaving so feel free to imagine your stuff in there!

We've had a lovely flatmate with us for 1.5 years who now has to relocate for work & we are sorry to see her go, but she can provide good references for us if you're interested or want to talk her directly.

Looking for an easy going, friendly & considerate flatmate, ideally for a minimum of 6 months… There's no smoking in the house but outside is no problem.

£750 includes rent and all bills, we also keep in stock things like washing up liquid, bin bags etc etc... this room would suit a young professional who is not yet ready for the expense of their own entire flat.

We also have a 1 year old puppy who’s really friendly, so it would help if you like dogs but she spends most of her time upstairs with us if you’re not that keen.
