Amazing house for the right person, Available ASAP

Very spacious double bedroom that includes a closet, period fireplace and large window. In a 3 bedroom masionette right next to Hove station. The location is great and very easy to travel to elsewhere in Brighton, 300 metres from hove station and with a bus stop right outside. The rent is 450/460 a month. The house includes a stainglassed window pannel in the front door, as you enter up a staircase into a hallway, with a seperate large kitchen that includes a large dining table, a toilet, and a bath and shower room, large living room and stairs leading to two smaller bedrooms. All the ceilings in the property are very high and the windows large. There is parking available in a driveway right next to the house and the neighbours are lovely. The two girls living there are in thier last year of study at sussex university, doing Law. They are pretty busy and working hard to pass their exams, so this would nto suit a party animal. When not studying they have active lives that include a little party atmosphere and after exams in may i would expect them to be having more night out so would not suit somone looking for a very quiet home. Both girls enjoy music, fashion, cooking, vegan treats and shopping. The house is generally non smoking but its not a huge issue. I unfortunatley need to move out and i am looking for someone to fully take up my tenancy, through our agency, requiring a garantour, references, and a deposit that is about a month and half or two months rent. Other than this the bedroom is unfurnished at the moment but might be able to leave it furnished with a large double bed and some wardrobes and rugs, depending on my new tenancy.
