Double room in awesome house in Elm Grove

You would be living with three girls: two students and one professional. We are looking for somebody relaxed who will enjoy spending time with the other housemates in the common room. We often cook and study together.

The room is fairly small, but the house itself is big. The house has one toilet and one bathroom shared between three people (as one of the rooms is en-suite), a washing machine with a dryer, microwave, toaster, all the tidbits plus a lot of cooking equipment that we bought over time, such as a juicer and a blender.

We all take care of our cat, Luna, who is incredibly quiet and people-friendly.

We are specifically looking for somebody who will finish this tenancy year (until august) and also sign the contract for next year (from august 2015 to august 2016). With a guarantor, the deposit will be only 560.

ALL costs every month will be 470, including gas, water, electric and internet bills. If you are willing to chip in for council tax, or if you are a professional and are required to pay council tax, the cost will be 510 a month.
