Double room available in spacious Hanover house

Well decorated fully furnished very bright room to rent in my comfortable home in Hanover. There's a shared sitting room with a decent TV and broadband, kitchen and garden, plus a large bathroom. You'd be sharing with a live in friendly landlady and my very friendly cat.

Included are all bills, some streaming subscriptions and fast Wifi.

I'm looking for a female. Post grad or above who is in full-time employment. I'd prefer someone who goes out to work as I do some working from home. I'm looking for someone who is conscientious, clean and tidy, who lives a quiet life and wants a calm tidy house but who would also be happy to share the odd meal and glass of wine/beer. I don’t mind the sitting room being used by my lodgers either.

The house is within easy access to local transport, shops pubs and restaurants. It's hilly but well served by buses: 18, 21, 23, 25,37B and N21.

Hanover is a really popular area because of its friendly village like vibe. I know most of my neighbours.
