Double room available downstairs in a 5 bedroom house. All other tenants are students at Brighton university, very close to Grand Parade campus and to the centre of the city. Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, small chest of drawers and a desk.

No living room, however there is a large kitchen and an area of that has become a semi living room with sofas.
