Spacious Double bedroom - short term let

This is a short term let as the landlord has just put the house on the market but this can a few months! You will get at least a 2months notice when that happens. There is also the chance he'll find a buy to let investor so you might be able to stay under a different landlord but there's no guarantee.

The bedroom available end of July is a spacious double bedroom that comes furnished and has its own en-suite incl. a toilet and sink (no shower).

The flat is better described as a maisonette within a house of 4 flats. A good sized kitchen, living room and bathroom (shared) are downstairs and the two bedroom are upstairs.
On a clear day you can see the sea from the bedroom window.

The location is very central, a couple of min walk from London road station, 15min from the main station, 10 min into the laines, 20-25 min to the seafront.

The living room has a nice Victorian high ceilings with an upright piano you can also use and the space is kept pretty minimalistic and clean but allows space to be creative and have people over.

It's not a party place but friends/families are always welcome (I will have my family staying for a week in August, so they'll be crashing in the living room and you can do the same with your friends/family) as long as the place is treated in a respectful way.

There is a lovely garden at the bottom of the flat with a patio and BBQ&Wood burner which you're welcome to use!

I'm looking for a housemate that is fun and sociable to live with as well as clean and communicative.

As part of my career I teach private singing and piano lessons at home (in the shared livingroom area).
I will try to book my lessons in the daytime (if you're a 9-5er) as much as possible but there will be times I'll need the livingroom to teach in the evening. I would communicate this beforehand and check your schedule to accommodate you as much as possible.

My main work times are weekends when I work outside of the house but still try to keep a social life despite working.

The rest of my time I spend writing and recording (mainly in my bedroom) as well as teaching dance, singing for other companies (my schedule varies from week to week).

I love socialising, coffee, good chats and going out so it would be great to share some of this with you but I'm also very happy being by myself and respectful of personal space.
