Single room, peace and quiet, comfortable house

Fully furnished, nice sized room looking onto a peaceful garden in a quiet house, equidistant to the centres of Brighton and Hove. A clean, pleasant house, with all modern conveniences.
If you are looking to avoid the noise and bustle of the town centre, and seeking a stable base rather than a nocturnal party house, this could be just the place. The rent is good value and all-inclusive, thus averting the stresses of sharing bills. The other house mates are friendly and considerate. This is not a joint tenancy however, and there is no agency, so you will avoid many of the usual pitfalls of co-habiting.
Some other points: there is a shed that is perfect to store your bicycle, there is a bus stop around the corner with regular services into town, and Preston Park railway station is approximately ten minutes walk away.
