Single room in central Brighton family house

Hello, I have a pretty single room for let in our comfortable family home. I live with my teenage daughter and our friendly dog. The house is in central Brighton, very close to shops and a 5 minute walk to the beach. You would share the kitchen and our family bathroom. Bills are included. The room would suit a student or a professional. I am also happy to consider a professional who wants the room Monday to Friday (rent would be adjusted accordingly)
