URGANT Lovely Flat and Good Sized Room Seven Dials

A room in a fantastic flat minutes from the station and town is available.

My current room mate is moving out 5 Days and I am looking for a new flatmate to take over the tenancy with me.

You'll be sharing with me, my name is Conor Carr, and im a 23 year old Project Manager working for a Web agency in Brighton.

I'm a outgoing bloke and really easy to live with. I met my current housemate through spareroom - and we're now good friends. I enjoy sport, cooking, music, film and TV. I work hard at my job, but enjoy unwinding in the evenings and weekends. Generally quiet during the week.

Want a place with people who want to be sociable - hang out, watch movies, go to the pub etc. and not just say hello in the hallway. I'm looking for flatmates who are also chilled people, but also take pride in making it a home, with the upkeep and making it a wicked place for everyone to live.

The room is in Seven Dials, 5 minutes from Brighton station, a walk into town, and a stones throw from shops, barbers pubs etc. The room is a double room, quite spacious, and the flat itself is lovely - big living room, big kitchen.

Rent is 575 a month, bills not included. It's good for what you get =) it's available from the 8th of March, but may be able to wangle sooner of needed.
