Great double bedroom in the center of Brighton

A double bedroom available until the end of the tenancy (end of August). House is in a great location in the center of Brighton. Double bedroom comes furnished with the bed, a desk/ storage unit and a built in wardrobe.

The current housemates are 2 females one working in Brighton and one studying for a masters, both in their early twenties. Would be looking for a like minded young professional.

My housemates are looking for someone who is sociable, clean and tidy and who is respectful to everyone in the house. The usual things in a housemate. We have a communal lounge and dining room, where we usually eat together but no TV at the moment.

This house is a great location, 2 minutes from both the north and south lanes and a 5/10 minute walk from the train station.

The rent is £434 per month. You will also have to pay an admin fee as it is through an agency but I need to confirm the amount and I believe you will need to provide 2 references also.
