• In your mid-twenties to early thirties
• A professional (or student willing to pay council tax)
• House trained (quiet during the week, able to clean up after yourself if you poop on the rug)
• Sociable (able to engage in weekly house meal and light ‘banter’)
ABOUT US
• 2 girls and a guy (all late twenties)
• All very busy and important (quiet during the week)
• All have our own social lives but have a house meal once a week and the odd movie night/ trip to the pub
BORING STUFF
• Rent: £435 pcm
• Bills: £83. 75 (includes 152MB broadband)
• Move-in date: 19th March
ABOUT THE HOUSE
• Newly decorated
• Washing machine and dishwasher
• 1 bathroom + additional WC
• Patio garden with space to grow things (like snail food)
ABOUT THE AREA
• SHOPS (close to town/ Lewes Road/ London Road)
• NATURE (close to Queens Park/ the level, 20 minute walk to the beach, 20 minute walk to the South Downs)
• PARKING (no permit needed!)
• ALCOHOL (more pubs than people! Almost…)
We love it here and hope to find someone who will love it as much as we do!
We're looking for someone to move in asap but want to find someone that fits in with the house, finding the right person is our priority.
