Double rooms available - house in AMAZING location

*available from early august* I'm a 21 year old student in 3rd year (will be finished by August). It is a lovely 4 bed house on Guildford Street about 30 seconds walk away from Brighton rail station, 2 minutes away from the lanes and less than 10 mins walk to the beach - close to the action but on a quiet road. There are also several pubs and a shop at the ends of the road with plenty nore nearby. The house is spacious and has an open plan living area with doors leading to the garden, separate laundry room w washing machine & large bathroom. The living area is furnished. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor & 2 on the first floor. The rent is £120 per week each excluding bills (currently in total these work out about £10 a week each).
I'm really sociable and like going out but also spend time chilling, cooking & watching tv. I'm quite easy going and relaxed but also like to keep things tidy-ish. Smokers welcome but in the back yard!
