Very clean room.( Portslade/Southwick area)

This is a recently refubished room with good quality, modern furniture, new comfortable bed and desk area with good wifi.
The room is in a well maintained, clean, tidy house with large bathroom and kitchen.
The house is very close to shops, a train station (5 minute walk) and bus stops on the main bus route into Brighton. Buses every 6-7 minutes. There is a secure place to keep a cycle and for any one with a car plenty of free. unrestricted parking. It is only a short drive to the Brighton bypass.
I am looking for a reliable person who does NOT smoke and works normal hours. eg 9 to 5 or 8 to 6.
