Room In Shared House £480 Month Including Bills

We are looking for someone to sign on to the contract for the room.

We have a small room, furnished with a 4 foot 6 double bed and mattress, small desk, wardrobe and drawers.

It’s cozy, 4.5m2, but it has an extra storage cupboard in the hall and a great expansive view of the downs.

We are a 5 bedroom house which is located at the top of Coombe road by the Sussex Beacon.

There is a bus stop outside (37/37b Meadoview-Brighton Station-Bristol estate). We have a great view.

We are looking for someone between the ages of roughly 25-35, who doesn’t mind living a short distance from town.

Ideally a relaxed and friendly person.

We like music, films and reading. If you are into that sort of thing you'll have more in common with us. There are live band practises here but they aren’t too loud or often.

We are very certain that we don't want someone who drinks or takes drugs regularly. There’s no smoking in the house but you can smoke outside.

We are mindful of others schedules and there is a usual sound curfew of 10.30 11pm because several housemates have early starts.

Logistical stuff:

The bills include water, council tax, gas and electric, broadband, recycled toilet paper and Eco cleaning prods and washing powder and food for our cat, Flash, who belongs to everyone. They are paid into the house account with the rent every month total about £480 If you drink milk we also have that delivered in glass bottles.

We ask for one months rent and bill share as a deposit upfront, and at least one month's notice if it doesn't work out.
