Lovely house in central Brighton available

Lovely house in central Brighton available for one years lease. I believe the property is available for longer if you wanted to stay on but this would be organised with the landlord.

The house is just off North street and is therefore just a 5 minute walk from both the North and South lanes and Churchill square and 10 mins to the seafront.

The house is lovely with a large living room and a small garden in the back which would be great for BBQ's in the summer. The kitchen is a bit small, but all three bedrooms are doubles.

Am looking for two sociable house mates as my two current house mates are moving on but I love the house and Brighton and want to stay.

If you are interested please could you send a little description of yourself, i. e. how old you are, what do you do and what would be your perfect flat mates so I can get a little idea of what you are like.
