Lovely Room in a modern well furbished house

For rent is a lovely room in central Brighton in close proximity of Both Sussex and Brighton uni. It is for rent as I now cannot move in for personal reasons but would of loved to otherwise. It has 2 modern bathrooms and an amazing spacious kitchen with breakfast bar area. The room is on the lower ground floor with the kitchen and garden so has the most privacy out of any. As well as this it has double doors that open from the room to the front paved area below street level just for this room. The room is a good size and all housemates rooms will receive a bed, (single or double depending on preference) a desk and chair, and also some clothes storage I believe. The housemate's also moving in all either attend Brighton or Sussex uni and are really friendly people. The deposit of £660 and first months rent of £440 have been paid by me already so we would just arrange for that to be converted over easily.
