Beautiful, spacious loft bed/sitting room with ensuite shower and toilet. All located on top floor of lovely detached house in Hollingdean/Fiveways area of Brighton. There is lots of cupboard space, a built-in desk, fridge, super kingsize bed, sofa and still plenty of room to spare!

Living with a friendly family - myself and my three sons - 16, 14 and 9 years old. Large garden, easy parking and just around the corner from local shops in The Dip and no 50 bus into Brighton. Our house is relaxed and friendly, if a little messy at times. There are often friends and children coming and going but the loft room offered is very separate on the top floor so you can escape all this if you choose.

My children are fun, easy going and respectful. We lead pretty busy lives but are happy to stop for a chat and a cuppa.

I am looking for a friendly, independent person who is house-trained and doesn't mind children. Would be ideal for working person or post-grad student.

Rent is £700 including bills, council tax and broadband plus £300 deposit.
