Looking for a quiet independent consider student for a single room in this family home in the lovely Hanover Area.
Excellent location--We are very close to town and close to the language schools too. Walking distance 10-15 minute. We are also very close to the 25 bus taking you straight to Falmer. This is an ideal room for a student.

Facilities included--There is computer desk with drawers, double wardrobe, single bed, table lamps and mirrors, storage place with large garden.

Bills included--water rates, gas, electricity, council tax, WI-FI are available. Use of all the facilities in the house: kitchen, bathroom and the washing machine(one week per wash)

About us--We are a friendly and mainly busy household , have two young children.(4 year and 1 year), would like someone who loves children and wouldn't mind they can be a little noisy sometimes(family time at the evening).Also quiet after 9-10pm as it is children bed time.

NO PARTIES, NO SMOKING ,NO DSS, NO COUPLE AND NO PET please.

The rent would be £115 per week, one month deposit upfront .3 month let minimum.
