Lounge/dining room with access to garden on ground floor with a couple of steps down to good sized kitchen (also with access to garden.)
Stairs to first floor with large, bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. 2 x bedrooms.
Double room at rear of property
Second floor is my room.
Me: Professional straight male, outside smoker (mostly!), Very easy going, laid back to almost the point of horizontal, apparently.
Other is female, professional, Mon-Fri worker.
Two lovely cats already here so no additional pets, obviously someone that's ok with cats!
Keen off road cyclist so out most weekends getting muddy but also a very sociable person. Looking for someone that's easy to get along with, clean and tidy and up for a laugh. Someone that will take a bit of pride in how their HOME is kept. Veggies are welcome we are certainly not!
The lounge/diner and kitchen are communal areas and have a nice buzz to them as they should do! of course your own privacy will be a given as and when you wish. The garden is a chilled little place too and a great sun trap in the summer!
Carlyle Street is a quiet residential street that runs between Elm Grove and Queen's Park Road, house is at the Queen's Park Rd end so there are plenty of convenience stores/pubs etc right nearby. On street parking is Permit Zone V
Brighton Station and the city centre are both within very easy walking distance so could be fine for commuters. Excellent bus links via both Elm Grove and Queen's. Park Rd to the centre too.
The price will include ALL bills.
