Description
The house is near Sainsbury on th Lewes Raod. Its close to town and also the Universities. We are a friendly house. It has a nice garden and small summer house that can be used in during the day especially during the week.
The current occupant, who has been here for 18 months is leaving at the end of March so it will be available from April.
The living room can be used but we tend to use it after work so need some privacy.
My partner Maribel is Spanish and speaks French and Italian.
The other lodger is a Brazilian woman.
