We have a double, bright and airy furnished room with an amazing view of the Downs, available now. We're looking for a female, someone easygoing and friendly, professional or student. Use of a large kitchen/diner with an American style fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Bedroom includes a double bed with two storage drawers, large chest of drawers, clothes rail and a desk / chair. Free on street parking is available. Bus routes to Brighton centre and Hove. Preston Park Station approx 15 mins walk. Easy access to A23/A27. Local post office and grocery shop 2 minutes walk. Lovely park/woodland and a golf course nearby. Quiet, safe, leafy suburbs (10 minutes drive to centre). We're a vegetarian family of two.
