The rent is £500 a month and all bills work out to about £110 each a month not including water which worked out to 80 - 100 each after half a year, so a fairly cheap place to live.
You will need a UK homeowner guarantor that earns £20000 a year and you will need £500 for deposit
You get your own fridge!
The room is a good size double! Large windows that let in lots of light. Hanover is a great place to be! The house is a fantastic location, close to the level, Lewes Road, pubs and shops. It is an easy walk into town, or plenty of buses. We also have a small patio garden. For those that need it, The room is unfurnished.
The Room is available from 20th February
Currently two males and Female living at the house. Its a 4 bed and like to keep it as 2 female 2 male
