Hi, I'm looking for a mature professional (preferably male) to rent this fully furnished room. I live here with my son (11yrs) and already have one lodger (female). I would like to rent out this room from Monday to Friday but would consider a full time let to the right person.

We have a good sized kitchen diner and a large sitting room with separate toilet and bathroom. This great flat is situated near to London Rd shops and market. Just 15mins walk from Brighton station and 30mins to the sea front or town centre. We are also on the main bus route into town with connections to the rest of the city and surrounding area.
