Very central yet quiet and peaceful location. Generous sized lounge and dining area with large dining table. Use of shared west facing side balcony adjoining room and use of huge communal roof terrace and central garden. To share with current easy going and friendly occupants ! (1 male + 1 female). Also includes secure bike storage room.

Would suit friendly, quiet-ish, and easy going working person. Bills (approx £30-£90 seasonal). All mod cons including broadband, phone, washing machine / microwave etc. Deposit is 1 months rent.

Single occupancy only – no couples or pets sorry. (we already have 2 people in the flat and we find 3 people works quite nicely). No smoking inside the flat also.
