The flat is in a great location- within walking distance of town but still with on-street parking.
The communal living room is large, and we keep the house pretty tidy. We are all professionals who work hard during the week but are always up for drink or 7 at the weekend!
We are looking for someone similar who will be sociable and can make a good cup of tea. Come round and meet us if you're interested. :)
In terms of fees, there is around a £90 agency fee etc and bills are around £60 a month on top of the £390 rent- which is very competitive for this part of Brighton!
