A very large spacious bedroom, 4.6m x 3.3m with large double bed (for single occupancy) and table/desk. In lovely, clean, well maintained house.

Looking for someone who does not work from home. So please tell me about your work pattern.

We are vegi/pescatarian and would prefer if you are too. Please tell me about your food preferences.

Close to 2 parks – Dyke Road Park and Preston Park.

5 minutes from Preston Park train station.
15-minute walk to Brighton train station.

Your bedroom is very large, with plenty of storage (wardrobe, chest of drawers), bench seats in the bay window, chair, table, large double bed, mirrors, bedside table, chandelier, bedside light and desk light. Stripped pine floor.

All bedding and towels provided.

You'll be sharing the house with 2 other people - myself (I am the house owner) and 1 other lodger.

The 2 lodgers share a bathroom (pictured). I have my own private bathroom (not pictured).

We live quietly and keep the house very clean. That needs to be important to you too.

It's a 3-storey house, with a long, beautiful garden and 2 outdoor patios with garden furniture. Great views from the back of the house, over the valley. East-facing so you see sun and moon rise over the horizon.

Bright, sunny, open-plan kitchen/dining room with large glass patio doors opening onto a terrace and amazing view. Stairs down to garden and another terrace.

Newly refitted kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, fridge/freezer. The property has 2 bathrooms. You will be using the bright airy bathroom that has shower, bath and WC. Central heating, cosy beautiful house.

It's a quiet, very friendly household.

Clean house. My cleaner comes once a fortnight to clean the shared living areas. Window cleaner comes regularly. Gardener comes every few weeks.

We will need to trust that each one of us takes precautions not to bring COVID-19 into the house and that we take the health risks seriously.

Safety details:
I comply with Gas Safety Regulations and have my gas boiler inspected and serviced by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year.

I have hardwired smoke alarms installed throughout the house. These are interconnected, meaning if one smoke alarm is activated, it will engage all the other alarms which is an important extra safety feature.
