I am looking for a female housemate to rent a large fully furnished top floor room in my home (14'6 x 10'6 / 4.40m x 3.18m). The room has a big west facing bay window..

The house has three storeys (no basement), three bedrooms, and has a little garden.

I'm intending being away quite a lot.

The location is very central, being in the North Laine area, is very close to the train station (4 mins walk) and buses, though everywhere in central Brighton is an easy walk.

The rent is £650 per month. This is FULLY inclusive of everything including a cleaner. NO EXTRAS.

There is also secure off street, lockable bike storage.

The room is available now.

I am looking to rent the room to a female, as it has been more successful in the past having a gender balance in the house. The room is likely to suit someone aged over 30, as an absolute minimum.
