Really nice, furnished double room in our home (for 1 independent person only, sorry no couples) sharing with 2 professional adults & 2 resident cats who are the VIPs of the house and will want to visit you and your room so you should be a cat lover.
(If you have furniture I'm afraid we just don't have room for yours too)
The house is Victorian with a well equipped kitchen, large sitting room and small garden.
On street parking is permitted for zone J.
This isn't a party house, it's fairly quiet and easy going.
Preston Park is on the doorstep with London Road station with The Duke of York's Cinema a short 2 minute walk away.
Brighton station and City centre is a further 15-20 minute walk, with great transport links both across the City and out; we really are in one of the best locations in the City.
