Double/Single Room

I have a medium sized bedroom suitable for a single or double bed. Furnished or unfurnished, it offers two built-in double wardrobes plus desk & chair if needed. The bathroom would be shared with myself.

The fitted kitchen is a shared space, with an oven, hob, washing machine, microwave and tall fridge freezer. Rent is inclusive of bills, including council tax, ground rent, wireless broadband, electric and water.

Transport is good, direct buses run to town every 10 minutes, number 26, 46 stops at the end of the road. The bus stop to Uni is a 10 minute walk away and an 11-minute ride into University.

This is a friendly safe neighbourhood with a strong community feel, offering green parks and countryside within walking distance. The location has fantastic local amenities; A Flour-Pot bakery, many coffee shops, gift shops, a post office, restaurants and a Co-op supermarket - all 3-5 minutes from the house door.

Please be aware this is available to females preferably. I do work from home 50% of the time so I need someone who is considerate of noise.
