We are looking for someone who likes their own space. It would suit a professional person working in Brighton.
This is a large room with garden view, 4.5m x 3.5m. in our Edwardian family house. There is a separate entrance to the accommodation from the street. This entrance is shared with a few counselling clients who visit me during the day.
There are cooking facilities for your sole use. The shower room is shared but with low usage by us as there are other facilities in the house.
There is street parking and the house is 100m from the north end of Preston Park. Bus services are readily available as are local shops and other amenities. Preston Park railway station is 8 minutes walk away and Brighton Central 20 minutes walk. Arrangements can be made to keep a cycle at the rear of the house.
The room will be available for occupation by end November. In addition to the security deposit one months rent is required in advance. There are no extra charges for power, gas, water or rates.
The room is centrally heated and has free TV. Broadband can be arranged at cost for longer committed residents.
