The shared areas of the house include a big living/dining room, shower room, big kitchen with TV area and a little garden at the back. The house is part furnished and includes washer/dryer and dishwasher. There is also a massive amount of storage in the living areas and kitchen.
We're very close to St James Street and all the shops/bars of Kemptown, but the street is nice and quiet. The centre of Brighton is in easy walking distance and its approx. 15-20 mins walk to the station.
We like a place that feels like home rather than strangers living together. We aren’t in each other pockets but we also like getting drinks, hanging out and just chilling together (with the occasional glass of wine)!
Parking is in zone C and you need a permit but there is no waiting list. Its normally pretty easy to find a spot on our road.
Rent is £500 per month and bills come to £100 per month.
