Double room for single lodger in Queens Park Road

We have a very nice double room available for a lodger in our lovely family home in Queens Park Road. The room is bright, quiet and furnished with double bed, desk, chair, chest of drawers and wardrobe with its own shower room and toilet. 550 pounds per calendar month, inclusive of utility bills, council tax and WIFI. You will have your own fridge and access to one of two TV rooms. We have a Burmese cat and two small children, but there is plenty of space for privacy. We are looking for a calm, tidy, easy-going non-smoking person.
