2 Furnished Double Rooms North Laines + Parking

2 Lovely Furnished Double Rooms are Available in a Friendly House in the Heart of the North Laines Central to Everything!

2 rooms have become available in a lovely, central Brighton house. You will be sharing with myself - a professional working in design as my two lovely housemates are moving on after a few years here (moving back home etc).

You will also be living in a prime central spot with a lovely pub across the road from us and 5 mins walk to Brighton Station, 5 mins to Churchill Square/ Western Road and right in the North Laines. If you drive there is also a very rare private parking spot!

Looking for a clean, tidy, and considerate person. Previously we've been quite sociable and liked doing things as a house from time to time (including going out for dinner/ drinks /films / gigs etc) but we also respect each others space day to day and it's definitely not a party house.

There are 2 bedrooms available.

The larger double room (£740) comes with a double bed, some other storage/shelving (optional), a desk and chair (optional), small chest of drawers (optional) and a single built in wardrobe. The room is at the rear of the house - so generally relatively quite for the centre of town.

The smaller double room (£695) is relatively compact, but is a lovely space and currently comes with a double bed, my current housemate currently has a clothes rail in there, chest of drawers and a bedside table (which I think she might be taking with her, but the bed is definitely staying), the room could fit a single wardrobe, desk etc so it's up to you how you want to part furnish it.

Worth noting our kitchen and living room are quite spacious, people have always commented that our living room is much bigger than it seems in the pics, and it is very spacious!

Rent is £695 or £740 and includes all bills including broadband etc.

Deposit is £675. ALL BILLS INCLUDED including broadband/ TV, insurance, council tax etc.

Looking for someone between 26 and early 40s, male or female, but no couples unfortunately.
