Cozy double room in a spacious, sunny house

Hi, we're two friendly housemates looking for a third person to join our home.
We are friendly, sociable and clean household, respectful of each others space.
The house has a good sized living room, kitchen, and bathroom, plus a second toilet/utility room with washing machine. .
We're looking for a likeminded housemate to care for the house as their home.
We live above a delicatessen and have use of their decked garden.
The house is spacious and light with good views, whilst still being at the bottom of the hill, just off The Level.
The room is small, but cozy and warm. A huge built-in wardrobe for your clothes.
Room is unfurnished, few pieces of furniture might be available.
Landlords (live out landlord) are fantastic and helpful with repairs in the house.
Bills are approx. £100 a month (including fast broadband internet).
Working female from age 25 preferred. No students please.
