Double room in modern flat in central Brighton

An average sized double room to let in a large, modern apartment. Modern kitchen, living room and shared bathroom.

The flat is well situated in central Brighton, near shops, the lanes and the station.

We are on the 3rd floor (of 4) with lift access and lobby with security door.

The room has full length patio-style doors leading to a large balcony. In built blinds provide privacy and there is a built in cupboard. Also there is a very large storage cupboard in the hallway that we share.

The rent is £425 plus bills. These should equate to around £75-90 per month.

Unfortunately, no couples. We feel the flat would be too crowded.

You will be living with a 1 couple consisting of an englishman and a small Malaysian girl, as well as an Italian, all house trained and working. All late 20s.

Landlord requires 1 months deposit plus rent.

We are looking for long term renters ideally.

The room is available now and we are looking for people to move in immediately.
