North Laine share

Hello,

Unfortunately my friend had to relocate to a far away place :(, so here we are!

It's a 2 bed flat over 2 floors on Over St in the North Laine(s). It's a quiet street (usually) less than five minutes from the station. The room's a small double. I love living here as it's in the middle of everything.

The flat is let unfurnished by the landlord, but we've pretty much furnished it, so you'd be welcome bring as much or as little as you need. My friend has left her futon bed and a couple of sets of drawers in the bedroom if needed.

I'm a Medical Physicist in the NHS. I like music, films, cooking and cycling. I have a piano but I can't play it.

The room's available in September but it's flexible with move in date.

Fibre broadband tips the bills over £100, but if you're a full-time student you'll avoid council tax, so it'll be ~ £50 (I think!).
