Double room in beautiful house

Room in charming and spacious modernised Victorian house. It is available from the 15th of January 2025 (but the person could move in a bit later, or earlier, if preferred).

The house has plenty of charm with all it’s Victorian features, whilst having the comfort of a new built (warm, with no drafts or humidity).

It is located next to Hanover with all its cosy pubs, Queenspark, Lewes road, and it is 20/25 minutes walk from Brighton Central station, 15/20 mins walk from North Lane.

There is a washing machine and dishwasher (no handwashing ;-). All common rooms and amenities are shared

Bills are included in the price. And extra £50 to £65 per month will be asked to pay for the person who helps us with the cleaning (she is doing about 10.5 hours per month), a mixture of regular and deep clean.

There will be 4 flatmates in total (and 3 only from the end of the summer). There is a living room + a large kitchen that can also serve as a social space.
