From 11 Oct seeking, ideally a woman or possibly a gay man,

somewhere homely, tidy, clean and ideally who also loves keeping a garden tidy.
I am a warm, sociable woman who is looking to share my Brighton home with 3 bedrooms with 1 other woman or a gay man. This is a non-smoking house & so please do not apply if you smoke. I have found someone for the single room and day to day you will be sharing together.

My main home is in London but I do come to my Brighton home regularly either for weekends or mainly linked to school holidays. Indeed, I have my own room there where me and my family sleep. You must like children as I will be coming with my partner and 2 x 5 year old children when I come. I will of course try to give you notice when I am coming,

We have a shared sitting room, kitchen and covered over courtyard all on the ground floor. The covered over courtyard acts as an extra sitting and eating space. The house is on 2 floors with the bedrooms upstairs. In the sitting room is a baby grand piano which it would be lovely if someone wanted to play.

The double room looks over the Courtyard and has its own ensuite bathroom.. so other than your guests you won't need to use the downstairs bathroom. I have been advised that given the rent includes all Bills its very reasonable for Central Brighton close to the train station.
