A single room to let in central Brighton. The room is sunny, has central heating and is quiet. As well as your own room, there is the use of a large kitchen, bathroom, and garden. The property has two toilets.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, table, chair, chest of drawers, shelves, and hanging rail. There is a washing machine in the kitchen. I am a non-smoker, but I am ok for people smoking outside.
The room is suitable for students or employed people. I am a vegetarian, so there is no cooking meat or fish in the house.
There is a cat living in the house.
